Well thats an interesting question.

These are the connectivity options available:
Bluetooth® 2.0
Wi-Fi®: IEEE 802.11 b/g
HTC ExtUSB™ (11-pin mini-USB 2.0 and audio jack in one)
HTC proprietary 16-pin combined port (USB 1.1 host/VGA and TV Out)
3.5mm stereo audio jack with microphone

The USB ports have proprietary 11 and 16 pin connectors - but if you could get a convertor then I cant see why you could not input AIS into the device - even at 38,400 baud the processor should be capable of dealing with the signal. Whether the OS - which is Windows Mobile 6 can handle it - well I dont know - perhaps!

How about AIS input via an 'engine' into chartplotting software on the HTC 7510? Is this feasible?
Thanks
