I really like using Google Earth Pro. Its a fancy way of giving people a really good image of your routes too.
What I didn’t know was that the NOAA has created a complete data overlay for all its charts – and its a free download for Google Earth.
It is incredible simple to install too:
1. Load Google Earth (not in a web browser) on your tablet or laptop
2. Download this file – LINK
3. Drag and drop it on to Google Earth – That’s It!
